The J. Patrick House was built in 1840 and is ideally located in the heart of historic Loudoun County in the Village of Philomont, Va. (just 8 short miles north of Middleburg,VA and 6 miles south of Purcellville, VA). The J. Patrick House is located on Snickersville Turnpike, an historic byway, running through the beautiful countryside between route 50(to the south) and (route 7 to the north). Stroll, hike or a drive by motorcar, bicycle, or motorbike allows one to enjoy the beauty of the region including the horse farms and the historic Revolution era stone walls that are all along “the Pike”. The J. Patrick House is conveniently located in the middle of DC's Wine County. So come visit and we will help you experience life as it was meant to be. Be a tourist, a wine taster, or a hiker or just come sit on the front porch and relax. Shops is grand, the dining possibilities are endless and of course the countryside views spectacular. We know you will leave feeling rested and refreshed. The Bed and Breakfast has four lovely appointed rooms with a mix of antiques and curiosities. Three of our rooms have in-suite bathrooms.
